"This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing and station making it very central to any travel area within Tokyo. The hotel was clean, room was large enough for having 2 open suitcases and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My favorite things were that the room had a washer/dryer unit to use for free as well as ReFa hair products for the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!"

"Convenient location for Shinjuku Station & Airport Express buses (which stop at hotel). Excellent breakfast (but scrambled eggs are like soup). Room (upper-level lady twin - for 2) was tiny and I kept tripping over the threshold and then down again into the tiny prefab bathroom. Deep tub to step into for shower. So much to trip over! One small hard pillow per bed. Dated interior and amenities, though clean, with small window that can’t open. Safe (except for tripping hazards) and convenient but would choose a better hotel (newer, larger room) next time and just get a taxi to the station or AirPort Express stop. Served us well this time but room was claustrophobic and basic, considering the price."

"I stayed for 2 weeks and really loved the hotel. Perfect location for that more quiet neighbourhood vibe and easy access to train lines. Every member of staff were kind and welcoming. My room had a great view of the city skyline and looked amazing during the night seeing the toyko tower all lit up in the distance.I can't wait to come back and plan to stay again in March 2028"

"The hotel was old but people were so nice and safe even very close to station and many shopping stores, restaurants. The are main hotel building and hotel annex building. Two buildings are connected."
