This is the perfect place to stay. It is just the right distance away from the busy areas so you never have to walk far, and also never have to worry about loud noises. The staff is friendly and checking in and out was very easy.

It was my first time being in Tokyo and I love the location really close to Shibuya crossings the breakfast was ok it wasn't really the best. Put the location is excellent just be curious that the rooms are a lot smaller.

Its a good hotel. Clean and easy to communicate. But theres way too few laundry machines and the dryers are slow. The movie selection was pretty weak as well. There were like 7 movies in english to choose from. Overall it was a great hotel for the price

My stay was okay overall. I only stayed for one night, which honestly was enough for me. There wasn’t really anything special or memorable about the hotel, but it did the job for a short stay. The biggest plus is the location. There are plenty of restaurants and konbini nearby, so finding food or grabbing anything you need is really convenient. Overall, it’s fine if you just need a convenient place to sleep in Shibuya for a night or two, but I probably wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.

The property was clean, everyone from the cleaning staffs, front desk, security were accommodating and very respectful. It was great that we were able to drop off our luggages until check in time in the afternoon. The room was very small. Laundry would have been great, it was inconvenient to have just one dryer working.

I’m very serious in saying that I cannot find anything wrong with my room or my stay at the APA Shibuya Dogenzakaue. I would’ve preferred a view out of my window, but that is my personal preference and not a fault of the staff or hotel. Despite that, I was made immensely comfortable with all the amenities! The breakfast was exquisite and so delicious in that unique Japanese way, that I was very impressed! And everyone was very polite and friendly. This is my first visit to Japan, and also the first hotel experience of my visit. I extended my stay by one night, so obviously I must have loved the experience. Thank you, Thank you!
