"It had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Parking was easy and the staff was friendly. Nice pool. It has a bar also. I did not go to the bar, but it looked nice."

"Whole place is excellent. Didn’t realize it is Amish-owned and themed, very interesting. Super clean, great staff, enjoyed the pool. Room spotless, comfy bed. Adjacent to the Legacy Trail for biking or walking. Terrific and very popular Amish bakery right next door. 10/10, zero to complain about"

"We did not use the facilities of this "resort", so I will not comment on them. We had to kick the door to get it open, every time we entered, it was so stuck that pushing didn't work. I took a shower and the water continually cycled from way too cold, to almost too hot to bear. Since I had to wash my hair I had to endure 4 such cycles until I was done. The walkway that runs along the doors to each room is paved with tiles. Many of the tiles are loose and therefore loudly click when someone walks or drags a suitcase over them. These clicks are easily heard in the room. We are 82 years old and had a room on the 2nd floor. There is only one elevator at the resort and it was nowhere near our room. Our room was between 2 staircases, but we are unable to walk up stairs. We had to park in valet parking (they did not charge us the $5/day more to park in valet over the $10/day that everyone has to pay). Valet parking is near check-in, where the elevator is located. You would not believe the sound produced when the elevator opened and closed. Each time we wondered if we would make it to our floor. I was never so happy to checkout of a hotel. Calling SkyBeach a hotel is a stretch, it's more like a 1940s motel."

"Clean room, kind staff, direct private pool access, very short walk to the beach. Right next to main strip in Siesta Key Village. Lots of Restaurants and shops nearby. "

"The beach that the Zota Beach Resort is on is the best part of this place. White sand, beautiful water, and not too crowded even during spring break. Your resort fee includes 2 lounge chairs, but an umbrella or an additional chair costs $40 each. I was not happy when they ran out of umbrellas and wouldn't let us put one up that a local friend had. The overall service and attitude of the staff (front desk, bars, and restaurant) were below average. Our room was a nice size, and was clean. "

"We had a great time. We were happy to be in walking distance of everything! The room was updated and clean. Wr had a nice kitchen and they provided beach chairs, towels and a wagon. You could even get bikes. All included. The pool and jacuzzi was clean and very nice. "

"I stayed the week with 3 teenage girls who had the time of their lives. We felt very safe, there was so much to do & the beach was absolutely gorgeous. All of the restaurants were excellent. The Italian Palms Court was our favorite. We never left the resort. Very happy with our stay. "
