"The fire service was not as available as noted as the wait time was about an hour and we decided to go out and get dessert just as the service person showed up. Then upon return about 20 minutes later, the second request went unanswered for almost another hour so we gave up and cancelled. An unfortunate disappointment. The rooms were nice and quiet and that was pleasant. "

"very nice property with nice rooms. they should not advertise the property as “steps from the plaza” unless they mean 2,000 steps. it’s about 6/10 of a mile. not a bad walk, but not “steps” that’s misleading "

"Ben in the living room was awesome. One room of our two rooms was very spacious. The other room was nice but not large. Liked the heat lamp in the bathroom. Rooms have bathrobes and slippers. Nice living room adjacent to the lobby. Very nice shops. "
