A pousada precisa de reparos, lâmpadas queimadas no quarto, não há copos nem talheres nos quartos, nem máquina de café, porta shampoo quebrado, cortinas qte não vedam direito…shampoo e sabonetes de qualidade duvidosa, a equipe foi gentil e atenciosa e fez de tudo para contornar as situações, mas pelo valor cobrado não indico.

Infelizmente deixou a desejar; café da manhã fraco, limpeza do quarto bem mais ou menos, apareceu barata no nosso quarto, as toalhas não são trocadas todos os dias, pelo valor da diária não valeu; pagamos 1500,00 a diária, um absurdo pelo o que oferece. Não volto e nem indico.

Ponto positivo: Apenas a localização Ponto negativo: Efetuei a reserva em uma das suites mais caras e foi totalmente decepcionante. Banheira nao funcionava direito, onde fui comunicada na hora da saída, que a mesma se encontrava em manutenção um dia antes. Ou seja, ja estava quebrada e avisaram no final da estadia. Quarto com muuuuitos insetos. Alteraram o horario do cafe da manhã sem me comunicar, o que gerou muito constrangimento e desconforto, onde a moça da recepção resolveu abrir uma exceção e me serviu o resto da comida que tinha. Nao foi nada legal. Escolhi pagar muito caro em uma estadia e nao pude usufruir do minimo que eu estava pagando. Muito frustrante e nem recebi sequer um pedido de desculpa do proprietário/administração. Ja fiquei em outras propriedades da região com melhor custo benefício e ofereceram uma qualidade superior dessa pousada. Nao recomendo. Muito descaso, paguei caríssimo por nada! Lamentável!!!

Decepcionante. Os funcionários são muito educados e só. Enviaram mensagem dizendo que não tinha o quarto como escolhemos e que no dia seguinte seria solucionado, então concordamos. Porém, no dia sequinte os diversos funcionários da pousada não se manifestaram em solucionar e ficaram bem caladinhos. Nós percebemos que não tinha mesmo solução pois foi uma “jogada” da pousada. Além disso cobraram na pousada o que já tínhamos pago pelo aplicativo, alegaram que não haviam recebido . Pagamos diretamente a eles então e em seguida mostramos o comprovante do pagto correto pelo hotéis.com. Somente assim fizeram o estorno. O ar condicionado do quarto que nos colocaram estava simplesmente imundo ( nunca deve ter sido limpo), a cama era péssima e as roupas de cama totalmente sintéticas. Café da manhã fraco e servido em local muito desconfortável. Não vale 01 real pelo valor cobrado . Pousada muito inferior ao que prometem. Não recomendo de forma alguma.

O estacionamento tinha apenas 5 vagas extremamente apertada com 14 suítes, os carros ficavam na rua. A escada para chegar no quarto era caracol horrível, feliz por não ter caido. O cafe da manhã começa tarde ou seja 8:30 já que não fica de praia próximo de nenhuma praia. A cesta pra comemorar aniversário de casamento tive que aguardar o motoboy trazer tudo e fiquei esperando montar e mendo tudo ou seja não foi suroresa. Não recomendo.

Nossa estadia foi razoável. Achamos o café da manhã ruim. Alem de frequentes atrasos para seu início. Toalhas de rosto e banho manchadas, que nos causa a sensação de estarem sujas. Para 17 suites haviam apenas 6 vagas de garagem. Nossa estadia foi de 7 dias. E não houve sequer uma troca da roupa de cama. Funcionários extremamente educados. Em resumo, não foi ruim... Mas poderia ter sido melhor. Em uma escala de 0 a 10, a nota de satisfação é 7.
