"Fiz uma reserva para passar uma diária com meu marido e minha filha de 1 ano e 6 meses. No entanto, o quarto disponibilizado ficava no último andar da pousada, sendo necessário subir e descer mais de 50 degraus. Em nenhum momento, durante a reserva, fui informada sobre essa condição de acesso, o que tornou a estadia bastante difícil, especialmente por estarmos com uma criança pequena que ainda está começando a andar. "The pools fed by the waterfall made Hotel Mercedes stand out from anywhere else. Be aware that bad weather can effect the use. There was torrential rains while we were there, the pools had to be emptied and cleaned, but the couple days being able to use it were worth it. There is some snorkeling under and beside the dock. Visibility is poor. Don't make snorkeling the reason you come. Staff was very pleasant , especially the front desk. "
