Nestled in the heart of Costa Nova, the Costa Nova Guest House offers a charming retreat just steps away from the beach and the iconic striped “palheiros” houses and the pristine beaches of the Atlantic coast. Our guest house features a selection of well-appointed flats, each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.

Guests can walk to Farol da Barra, go shopping in Aveiro « the Venice of Portugal » , eat the best seafood in Portugal or relax on the sandy beaches just a stones throw away.

This apartment has been recently renovated and includes 2 bedrooms 1 bath ..

Access to the top floor sun room with office, sofabed and balcony can be purchased.

Cook in the modern kitchen or feel free to use the grill outside to enjoy dining al fresco with the beach breeze.

The top floor sunroom has the best views of the house and a wonderful balcony where you can sit and have a cocktail while enjoying the best sunsets in the world.

Equipped with a small desk and monitor it doubles as an office with a view.

Also equipped with a sofa bed and a large screen TV.

This can be purchased for 200 euro per stay (subject to availability)

Costa Nova is a picturesque cozy walkable fishing village deserving of UNESCO World Heritage listing... Colorful stripped houses are the trademark of Costa Nova.

The best seafood is pulled right from the waters you are walking along... including amazing oysters and "ameijoas da ria" and baby grass shrimp "cabritas da ria"
