The rooms weren’t clean : coffee marks on the cupboards, grease marks on the surfaces, dirty kettle, floor was dirty with sand and clumps of dust. There were stains on the sofas too. "We really enjoyed our 2 nights in Ibiza. A few things to note - our extra comforter had a big stain on it, which was a little disturbing, but the staff quickly change them out for us. The kitchenette was useful. Also the baggage storage staff person was very nice and kind. Thank you!"
