They have different hallways with a set of 8 capsules per hallway. We got hallway #4 capsule #30, at least it was the bottom capsule. Each hallway has a private bathroom for the hallway plus there is communal bathrooms after all the hallways. Next to our room is a closet with an electronic lock to put your luggage. "During Semana Santa, Montserrat should make sure they give rooms to their hotel’s customers as far away as possible from the bar where the restaurant’s customers party until 4 am! I was here to rest and sleep. It was possible from 4.30 am after the staff rearranged the bar and the annoying metallic chairs."

"We tried to check in , they were not available at the site, we ended up without a hotel that night, next morning, we asked expedia for refund since we didn’t stay at the hotel. Expedia was trying to communicate with the hotel for full or even partial refund. Yet, the hotel refused to request for the refund which basically they took our money without even accommodating our stays. "
