Great staff, great location for the train and a grocery store is part of the building.
Room is starting to show some wear, won’t be long and the hardwood will need some refinishing. Tile work in the bathroom is starting to show its age. Lots of chalking used to stop water leaks. Bath plug and overflow cap was missing from the tub (not sure why).
But overall was good, we would stay again.
Canadian couple in for the winter games.

Room spotless and spacious; bed very comfortable.
Reception staff and staff at breakfast vet friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the fruits and bread not being topped up in a timely fashion and the coffee machine slow and seem to be always low on milk.

Hotel is in a very small village on lake adjacent to Lake Como -- easy to Milan about 45 min and to other villages and Lake Como about 30 min. Lovely staff, nice, comfortable rooms that are well appointed and gorgeous bathrooms. Not much to do in the immediate area so don't expect to walk around ...
