Golfers, enjoy the transferable golf membership for an additional monthly fee for monthly stays and refresh yourself afterwards at one of the top of the line restaurants available to guests within The National’s resort living premises. The community has multiple pools to offer, along with a spa, and high end gym amenities where you can seek additional assistance and book trainers, classes, etc. Tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball courts ball courts, and family parks are also available within the community.

    Guests will have easy access to the towns private water park found 5 minutes down the road in the heart of Ave Maria. At the town center you will find many shops, restaurants, and events happening all within walking distance of the most beautiful golden structured church your eyes have had the pleasure to see.
    Across the street, still foot accessible, you will find Ave Maria University’s campus. There is a Publix, gas station, multiple beauty salons, etc for your enjoyment.
