  • The holiday home "Casa Giulia" is located in the inland village of Piani, near Imperia. Set in the Carli hamlet, away from traffic and surrounded by olive groves, it’s the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with sea views. This 35 m² house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include private parking, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine, a spacious wardrobe, and private parking 30 meters away. Part of a recently renovated historic building, it offers a private outdoor space with a fenced garden, sun loungers, outdoor kitchen, open terrace, large table, and barbecue—safe for children.



    Unwind with a good book in the garden, whether stretched out on a sun lounger or seated at the table, enjoying views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are within walking distance. Spiaggia d’Oro beach is about 3 km away, and Borgo Prino beach is 1.5 km away. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is about 88 km away. Just 300 m from the house, you’ll find a brand-new cycle path connecting to the established seaside route.
