"cozy environment, family friendly"

"We had a wonderful stay. The outside of the buildings are ready for some updating but inside the room was clean and comfortable. 3rd floor still had carpets but you could tell they are cleaned regularly. The owners are doing a nice job with the upgrades. The family enjoyed our San Diego stay and the room made it all that much better. There’s an attached restaurant that is not the same prices as the menu you are given when you check into your room!! The food from the menu comes from a different source independent from the restaurant. Restaurant was clean and had reasonable prices. The hotel is next to I-8 in the hotel circle. It’s only noisy outside but in our room it is not noisy."

"This hotel was an awesome family friendly resort with plenty of things for the kids and family to experience. We loved the ocean marina view from our suite, we got to walk out and see sea lions and try out kayaking. The only downside to this hotel is the parking is very limited and it is hard to find parking in the evening, also it’s $50 a night for parking which they don’t tell you when you book, only when you check in so that caught us off guard but overall we would return!
