Staff were very helpful in all areas, front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, and security. Room was clean and comfortable even without a balcony! Next time I go, I will make sure to book a room with the balcony! Oh I forgot to mention that the valet was great and reasonable! Only thing I would suggest is that they upgraded the elevator! 😉
