Super Lage, sehr sauber!

die Therme aquadome ist fussläufig in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Eine Pizzeria, al Castello (sehr lecker, am besten mit Reservierung) ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in 10 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel war sauber, großes Bad, kleine Küche im Appartement Arnika. Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker.

è una fattoria, ma ordinata e discreta

E' vero praticamente è una fattoria, ma ordinata e discreta. Daltronde da queste parti, la stalla la trovi anche affiancata alla piazza del paese. L'appartamento molto carino, pulito, comodo, riscaldamento a pavimento, sicuramente eccessivamente caldo al nostro arrivo ma con la possibilità di gestirlo dal termostato. Ci è stato proposto di usufruire gratuitamente della spa che a nostra sorpresa si rivelata essere bellissima, con sauna tradizionale, infrarossi e bagno turco. Zona tranquillissima 100 metri fuori paese e se si vuole la vita mondana dista circa 10 km da Solden. Per camminate, per i pulman verso gli impianti, per il paese e per l'Aqua Dome io non ho usato l'auto. Se torno da quelle parti non vedo motivo per non tornarci o cercare altro.

Great location & room but cleaning fee is outrageous

Very comfortable and spacious rooms in top condition. Beautiful view, it is a working farm so expect to see cows and goats. Quiet area with stores/shops nearby. Only drawback is the cleaning fee for our 1 night stay. It was as much as the room night. Our key was in an envelope on the front desk with our name on it yet no one was around. Check out was very unfriendly and not personal, was not asked even about our stay.

positiv: originelles Check-In-Procedere per Briefumschlag, guter Allgemeinzustand des Hotels, freundlicher Service - negativ: für 9,00 Euro Frühstück p.P. mit 3-Tage-alten, aufgebackenen Brötchen und ebenso altem Obst, nicht sonderlich reichhaltig, Fernsehempfang schlecht (lautes Brummen, das sich nicht abstellen liess), horrende Nebenkosten (40 Euro für Endreinigung ist schon mächtig)

Struttura con appartamenti

Cercavamo un hotel ed una camera doppia ed abbiamo trovato un appartamento con cucina ed altri vani non richiesti per il soggiorno di una notte . Abbiamo scelto la soluzione offerta per il prezzo poi abbiiamo pagato 40 euro in più per la pulizia dei locali non richiesti e non utilizzati per cui alla fine abbiamo speso più che in albergo , non ci hanno servito la colazione e solo alla mattina al momento della partenza abbiamo trovato personale . All'arrivo abbiamo trovato in una busta all'ingresso la chiave . Non ci sono istruzioni in inglese in camera.
