Our magnificent, recently built luxury finca with infinity pool and outdoor kitchen is located at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains near the town of Inca.
The finca was completely built with very high quality materials and stylishly luxuriously furnished with great attention to detail.

A total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over two floors offer space for up to 8 guests. As soon as you drive up the driveway to the house you quickly realize that this is a very special property. And when you enter the front door you immediately get into the absolute holiday and relaxation mood.

Here you will find the bright living room on the ground floor with an opening window wall and a view of the garden and pool and the adjoining open American modern kitchen. There are a total of four double bedrooms, all of which have their own smart TV and central air conditioning.

One of the rooms and one of the bathrooms are on the ground floor and the other three are on the second floor, one of which has its own bathroom and a balcony with a wonderful view. The other two bedrooms share the third bathroom. In front of the living room is the huge pool terrace with sun loungers and Balinese bed and the 12 m x 4 m infinity swimming pool with stairs integrated into the terrace.

Without a doubt, the absolute highlight here is the 30 m2 outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with everything imaginable including air conditioning! From here you have a great panoramic view of the mountains for unforgettable holiday moments!

The practical artificial turf area in front of the pool area has been equipped with two football goals, so that you can always keep an eye on the little ones while they are having fun while relaxing in the sun.
