The kitchen was fully equiped and the layout of the suite was perfect for 2 people. This little gem is nestled between high rises making me wonder how it is still there. The oceanfront sitting area was very comfortable with beautiful ocean views.

Quaint older but remodeled motel tucked in among condos. Room is very clean with a well equipped kitchen including range/stove, microwave, and coffee pot. Check-in was easy and the staff is friendly and helpful. View of the water and steps down to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Location and friendly staff. not a 3 star hotel but the motel offers all the things you need. It's great for a small family trip. some rooms have a small kitchen and appliance and it's just walking steps to the ocean. LOVE IT.

Relaxing and Comfortable Motel!!!

This motel was exactly what we were looking for!! Nice suite with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everyone that worked there was very pleasant and helpful. Motel has direct beach access with a grilling area with plenty of outside chairs. Will return for our next trip to this part of Florida.

Great Place.

I rented this for a family friend and the room was excellent. The friend did not leave the room as clean as I had hoped but the staff at the seascape (especially Alicia) were very understanding and did an outstanding job putting things right. Such a great place!! I highly recommend them!!
