Love this place. Easy parking, check in. Beach right there and vendors for chairs and all the amenities on the property. Can’t wait to come back.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Melbourne Viera
Parking and location was great! The elevator was broken and had to go up a very dirty stairwell to room.Room was okay with a musty smell. Would not stay here again.

Cocoa Beach Suites
My king bed had dirty sheets on it. Called the desk. About 2 hours later the desk clerk brought sheet 1 sheet and a pillowcase for me to change I told her i was not the housekeeper. She left said she was off the clock. Called expedia no satisfaction. I will book thru someone else.
