Extenuating Circumstances & Special Cancellation Terms

Appreciated all the extras. Snacks and bittled water, coffee to get us by til we grocery shopped, beach chairs, mat and umbrella. Beds were comfortable. Coin laundry available on site. Pool, games and hammocks also on site and appreciated.

This property deserves five stars for sure. They thought of everything! You will not be disappointed if you come and stay at this location. I'm sure we will be back. Within walking distance to the beach and all kinds of amenities. We did enjoy the workout room next to the pool every morning, that was a bonus. *****!

Awesome place, awesome location

Great place, minutes walk from the beach and top notch communication with the owners both by chat and by phone. Ian, the maintenance guy, was almost always on site and answered me extremely quickly every time I had a question or needed help with something. In short I highly recommend this beautiful apartment with a lovely outdoor area, the only reason I am not giving a perfect five stars is because unfortunately my husband had to work during our vacation, and had 2 internet problems: main apartments Wi-Fi wasn't fast enough for online video calls (this is the new reality of remote work), but note that general browsing was just fine. And 2nd, I wish the outdoor pool area had general Wi-Fi internet access, because he couldn't stay outside with us too much because the apartment's Wi-Fi connection doesn't reach outside. Minor problems you might say, but still something that could easily be improved for other guest planing on getting some work done during their stay. Besides that, I highly recommend and would consider again for a future vacation!

Great location, dirty apartment

Day one of check in and we found blood all over blankets and sheets in master and mold and cracked and peeling paint in the whole bathroom We tried communicating several times but no one would get back with me via the website or a cell. There are several managers and none of them would communicate with each other or guests it would appear. They all acted confused and like they had zero clue or care about guest safety. They never even offered to come in and replace the bedding at all. Just that they would address with cleaning staff The location is right by the beach and the pool is nice. Parking spots are small so be aware if you’re driving a larger car. The washers work great but the dryers do not work at all, luckily there is a laundry mat a couple of minutes away. The plastic dishes do need replacing. They are stained and have deep knives marks and grooves in them making them not safe to use. The kitchen definitely had an ant problem but just keep most things in fridge and you will be ok. Overall glad we found a place close to the beach but for 1000 dollars you would figure that blood on bedding and mold would not be happening.
