Everything was clean. The woman working the night we checked in at 9pm on April 10 and the woman working April 11 at 6am when we checked out were amazing! The only complaint is the beds were really hard. Breakfast was great and the coffee was amazing!

The bathroom was tiny and cramped. It looked as if someone had just slapped caulking all over the baseboards. There was a wall plug that was so loose, I was afraid to use it. They refused to provide pillows for the sofa bed. Otherwise, the room was fine, and the breakfast was not bad. This lobby was clean, and the room appeared to be clean as well.

The room was nice, but not fully functional—the shower activation was stuck, making the showerhead unusable. With no maintenance available to fix it, we were sent to another room just to take a shower, which was very inconvenient. There was no supervisor or manager on-site to address questions about the issue, and the front desk was unattended for 5 to 8 minutes before someone showed up. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

My room was in need of some repairs for example you had to lean on the door to get it to lock, the bath faucet leaked & it was difficult to get the shower on I thought I was going to break it also the fan options didn't work on my Ac/heating unit. The staff seems nice & the location was convenient.
