"I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown and had a great overall experience. Check-in was a little slow, but it was during a rush hour, which was understandable. Once I got to the desk, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely modernized — exactly what you want after a long day of travel. I forgot to pack a toothbrush, and not only did they have one available, but they gave it to me at no cost, which was a small gesture that made a big impression. The valet service was also excellent — prompt, friendly, and very professional. I would absolutely stay here again and would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Indianapolis."

"This is such a beautiful hotel and we have a wonderful experience every time we stay. The service is superb, the staff is so kind and helpful. The rooms are large and airy with lots of natural light. The bathrooms are immaculate, with large showers and nice amenities. There’s a nice restaurant & coffee shop within the hotel but Garage Food Hall is lovely and steps away. Oodles of other dining, bars and entertainment within walking distance. The parking garage nearby is convenient and reasonably priced. We stay at Bottleworks anytime we can. It’s a favorite for sure!"

"Staff was great. Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the in house whiskey bar. Only draw back was the 85$ valet, but there are other parking options."
