I usually love all aspects of Embassy Suites and have stayed at many around the country. I liked most aspects like most of staff was great but struggled with food quality ! Breakfast is usually one of the main reasons for me staying at Embassy but it wa la not good cold and quality weren’t great and disappointing

Building and grounds were clean, we felt safe, room was clean and spacious (stayed in suite), pool was open too! Wish we would have stayed another night. Thank you for having cutlery, plates, and cups that were reusable and environmentally friendly. My suggestion would be to have more fruit (unwrapped in plastic) and vegan options - would be great to have yogurt and butter option.

Besides the false fire alarm at 6am that really threw off my day, especially with the weather being so cold, the stay was great. Staff was welcoming and so warm and pleasant! Enjoyed the onsite restaurant and bar. Room was very spacious and pleasing to the eye.

Great hotel. New and clean. The fitness room had everything we needed, including a peloton. Super close to the hotel and the shuttle got us there in 10 minutes.

We have been staying there every couple months. It is a newer hotel in the area, but we will probably look elsewhere next time. We usually eat at the in-house restaurant, but this time it wasn't very good. I ended up not eating my meal. I always get the same thing...the burger! It wasn't good at all this time around. Our room key entry box went dead, so i had to go back to the front desk twice to get help. The bed we had this time was hard, and the pillows need to be replaced. Usually have a better experience here, but this time...if it had been our first visit...we never would go back. Hope to be able to give them another chance, but i do not think it will be our next visit to the area.

Many good things about it, but the bad out did the good. The 1st thing was we needed rooms by each other, only thing we got was same floor. They would not do anything about it we were traveling with two seniors that needed our help. We stayed for 5 nights, for the price we paid. I was hoping for more costomer service. Breakfast was Amzing the frist few morning, until the FFA showed up. High school kids then much of the food was micowaved. When you book on here you are not a vauled person to them. really felt that way. Cooks were great beautiful place. our room was not cleaned after the 1st night, we had to call the 2nd day.

Amazing!
I just love the staff at the Embassy from front desk to housekeeping to the morning chef's. Savannah and Greg are absolutely the BEST!!!!! They are my favorite staff to see when we come down to visit family! We come to the Embassy 3-4 times a year for a weekend stay and we know we will have the best breakfast!! Never disappointed in our room or stay!

There are a lot more reasonably priced options in this area. We go back to this hotel because it is newer, clean, and they have a restaurant we enjoy on property.

the very best thing about the property was the comfort of the beds! We had a standard room which was a little too compact with the size of the sofa. A slightly smaller sofa would have made the room more comfortable and easier to move around. We also loved the free drink coupons and the cook to order breakfast. However the omelet and the pancake station always had a line and it would have been better to have those separated.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice, love the breakfast and reception. Would stay again. Convenient location. Shopping around the corner. Close to restaurants, gas, fast food, etc. about 10-15 mins from downtown.

The pool area was too cold. It wasn’t much different from the hallway. I asked the front desk if they could get someone to raise the temperature but no one ever came. We stayed two nights. My kids were really looking forward to the pool but didn’t enjoy it as much as they got cold quickly. Everyone else that was there complained about the same thing I hope they said something. Prob won’t stay there again if we want to use the pool.

Cocktails and drinks between 5-7pm is a nice touch to get guests out of their rooms and enjoy a nice atmosphere at the lounge. Hotel is clean and staff were very attentive.
