Fully furnished, Laundry available and parking. House, on a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to the Monon , Carmel Center for Performing Arts, Carmel Art & Design District, City Center, Midtown Plaza. Near Restaurants, shops, grocery stores (Meijer/Kroger and much more) Main St., all walking distance. No pets please. 10pm quiet time, Carmel Gym nearby ($16 per day or mo. to mo mbrshp). 1st, last and security deposit for move in, rent due by 5th of month. $50 fee added if late. 3 weeks advanced notice for early move after 6 months. Call/msg for more details
