The staff very kind, the room was clean and organized, the AC a little noisy but keeps the room nice. This is the second time we rent this property on December 31st and we recommend it; you can spend a wonderful End year eve around this area. Safe and emotional and YVE Hotel is a perfect place for a perfect zone.

We stayed at YVE Hotel in Downtown Miami for a weekend and had a good experience. The location is excellent, close to the bay, Bayfront Park, Bayside, and within walking distance of the Kaseya Center, which was perfect for our plans. We booked last minute and felt the price was fair for Miami. The room was comfortable for two people, though the bathroom was very small. Overall, a solid option for a short stay if location is your priority.

The hotel overall is good and customer service is very good. Claudia and her team were very friendly and helpful to attend our requests. The security was very professional and very nice. No rating for breakfast because I didn’t have one from the hotel, but they have a microwave so I was able to warm up my food which was very nice.

Small rooms in an older building. Only 2 elevators which is nuts. We waited 15 minutes for an elevator with luggage before giving up and lugging 100lbs of bags 8 flights down the stairs. Great location. Good staff. Just those elevators and the older rooms are a bit of a letdown.
