Everything was great. Food was pretty good. Staff was kind. Only thing was the phone in my room didn’t work & I asked to get it fixed. Hopefully they did. Thank you for the hospitality!

Me and my girls stayed here for NYE, it was a great stay! Our room was very spacious comfortably fitting 4 women. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, quiet space, relaxing setting. They are booked pretty quickly, we reserved our room two months in advance and we tried to extend another night but they had no rooms available so we ending up staying at a nearby hotel for one extra night. But overall, great visit we will be returning this summer :)

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The ac situation is a bit weird but I think it’s because they’re renovating a good majority of it. There is a fitness room but it’s small and has a weird odor. All in all I would stay again. I love the mid beach area.

Nice entry area and lobby staff but we had to use the fire stair exit to enter our room, which was very odd. The room was small (expected) but clean. AC was stuck on 74 :/

The location a block away from the beach is a major asset of this property for guests who want to walk to the beach. It was nice that guests were given two beach chairs at the designated beach kiosk without extra charge. The building, rooms and facilities are dated and need significant upgrade. Our room was adequately clean. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Laritza was particularly effective in guiding us as first time visitors to Miami Beach and gave us complete and accurate information. Lack of hotel parking and expensive public and other hotel parking was a negative surprise.

The room wasn’t safe. The inside door lock didn’t work and the bathroom window didn’t lock. The bed was horrible, very uncomfortable.

The place is old and the pictures they show is a room that must have be renovated only, Air conditioning did not work room had mold in the bathroom. 30” tv , refrigerator barely worked, floor was worn out , only thing good was they provided tools for the sweat!

We asked to switch rooms as our room was in the fire exist stairwell unlike the rest of the rooms in the hallway. The wifi did not work in our room. The front desk did not call us back to let us know whether we could switch as they said they would. The room was clean at least. Location is decent towards the beach, the other areas are a bit sketchy.

I will not be staying at Red South Beach again. The check/in charge a extra 44.46 twice. The air did not work in our room. We kill a roach in our bathtubs. Towels were hard to get. I was very disappointed the bar were close false advertising didn’t get a notification that it would be close. Miami were beautiful but the stay wasn’t.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. My first room was so nasty tht I couldn’t even sleep. The carpet was dirty they had the portable air conditioner. The bathroom was nasty. Then they moved me to another room charged me another resort fee and then I get in tht room and there was no hot water. Then they moved me to another room and it had ants Everywhere. They never refunded my deposit they charged me another $100 for what I dnt know.

The worst hotel I've been to in my entire life and I'm 49 years old I paid dearly for it but now if they give me a cheap offer I wouldn't go for anything in this world. Dirt everywhere in the bathroom, the dirtiest thing I've ever seen in a hotel, we even found a cockroach. A horrible musty stench. The air was from a window put on improvised and it did not cool at all. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Terrible atmosphere

Overall, this was one of the more disappointing hotels I have stayed at recently. The bed frame looked home-made, the bathroom had no extraction, the hotel airconditioning seemed to be broken and the room had a portable ducted AC unit which meant the windows couldn't close and there was a lot of street noise. This property just feels run down and tired.
