Welcome to Jamaica Sands, a stunning 5-bedroom, 7 bed, 2-bathroom getaway! Spanning 2,488 sq. ft., this stylish desert retreat is perfect for families and groups looking for a private escape with all the comforts of home.
Outdoor Paradise – Your Private Resort!
Step into your spacious backyard oasis, complete with pool, bubbling hot tub, firepit, and BBQ grill. Whether you're soaking up the desert sun on the pool loungers, enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining area, or stargazing by the firepit, this backyard is designed for relaxation and fun.
Stylish & Spacious Interiors
Inside, you'll find a bright and modern open-concept living area, featuring comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and space for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and oven.
**Pool is heated for an extra fee of $100 / day with a 2-day minimum and requires a $200 pre-heating charge to get it to heat. It heats between 84-85 degrees. We need to know at least 7 days before arrival, as we must start the heater early to get it to the proper temperature.
**During winter Dec through March 31 the temperature would be 78-82 degrees
