- Looking for the perfect getaway? Our home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a sliding glass door that opens to the pool or jacuzzi. It has a casita (attached) with a separate entrance for a private office or a guest. It features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and a large open concept that brings the kitchen, living, and dining area into one. Plenty of nearby activities include golf courses, hiking trails, jeep off-roading, casinos, and the Coachella grounds for some live music.
NOTE: To ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all tenants, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

No street parking. HOA will issue a ticket if a car is parked overnight. Renter will be responsible for any incurred fees.
Quiet time from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Noise travels easily in the desert, please be respectful of the full-time residents who live nearby.
No parties. If we receive a noise complaint, we will charge you $250 plus any ticket(s) associated with it.
