"I was very surprised as this hotel far exceeded my expectations being a smaller city I was expecting the worst. Even though pics are digital on the website the rooms are exactly like that. Clean updated and staff is very friendly. I accidentally broke two mugs in the room while there but they were very professional about it and didn’t charge me. I will definitely come back again to this hotel if I come back to Ambala. "
