Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, and a perfect location. The hotel is a little outdated, which I expected, but all the other good things made up for it. Bottom line — I’d stay here again if I come back.

Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff. Not to keen on the bed, pretty hard and not a bed where we’d like to sleep on again 😞. Pity, really, apart from that, really good!

It was a great hotel .. a must try :) but the communication with the staf was difficult . The check in and out was by phone and as a traveller its not that easy with out wifi .. but other than that the place was great and imaginary :))

Comfortable room, efficient check in/out, handeled challenge of city water issue with clarity, quick action and minimal disruption, great breakfast. Interesting location inside huge shopping mall .. definitely provides unique activity opportunities.

This hotel was great. Right beside the train station so very convienient and a short walk to the downtown area. A great mall across the road. The sauna and steamroom on the roof was really nice.
