The counry home Finca Tropical is located in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital of Spain's Gran Canarias islands in the Atlantic Ocean. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a television, and a washing machine. The home is suitable for children and a baby bed, a highchair, as well as childcare are available (upon request). Guests can view the spectacular sea and mountain view from the home or take advantage of the indoor pool. A peaceful location, but very well placed to travel around the island.

Pros: The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They responded immediately when we had a problem with the key fob. We made good use of the lovely pool.

Great pool and host

The property is located on a working Finca, with over 45 tropical fruit trees, all organic. Upon arrival Juan and his wife gave us a tour around the Finca, which was interesting. The welcome basket with fruit was really appreciated and the fresh fruit delicious. The covered pool was a real bonus as its temperature was really very comfortable and Juan looked after it daily. The towns of Ingenio and Aguimes are worth visiting and Juan came with us as our guide to see the Casas Rurale of Guayadecque, which was a very interesting tour. All in all we had a very good time and hope to come back one day.

Juan and his father Jesus were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were helpful leading up to the trip and flexible with our check in time. We were given a quick tour of the property, which has mango and avocado trees - super cool. And they gave us a ride to the airport in the morning which wasn’t expected, but a very nice bonus. Highly recommend this place for a stay.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst aus eigenem Anbau sowie einem leckeren Abendessen verwöhnt. Die Finca entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung. Der Pool wurde täglich kontrolliert. Cons: Es wäre schön, wenn die Ausstattung der Finca ergänzt werden könnte, z.B eine Stehlampe, ein kleiner Tisch am Sofa, ein Sonnenschutz im Solarium
