Staff were excellent in helping out with multiple things. Building is beautiful, but rooms are unfortunately tired. We had to swap rooms due to shower issue - but as said, staff were fab with this. Breakfast good, and our booking (at a sale) was good value for money

The Doric Hotel
Reception, staff, room was lovely. Swimming pool and changing area could do with an update. Tiles off the wall and was a little run down

Hy Lytham St Annes
A few things re the kitchen, no plug for plug hole in sink, no tea towel or oven gloves, most saucepans missing lid. Otherwise really good and have booked to return in the new year.
