"This stay was pretty nice! The main advantages are the pool (shared with downstairs tenant) and how close you are to the beach! Besides that, the house is a decent stay and works! Very bright colors inside. The property is a little dated in the sense that it’s an older home that has been gutted and renovated, but functionally that is not a problem! Only thing to be wary of is there are only 3 parking spaces available and the pull in to the spot is a decent grade, so make sure to use your parking brake lol! Host was very responsive and great with communicating. The listing is accurate to what you get."

"The Haven is a beautiful spacious place. Very good for large families. The amenities were very good. Sue never responded from the message center the day we were arriving. So we weren’t sure what we should do while waiting. Sue responded two days later. The cleaning people got there at 3:00. We were there waiting to get in for 4:00. They were very nice but weren’t able to clean every room properly. I was in the right side master bedroom with a balcony oceanfront side. The floor still had dirty marks that should have been cleaned by using a wet swifter. The mattresses were not that good in that room for 19,000. per-week charge. There were 5 Empty Propane tanks to use for the gas grill. We filled one and paid for it ourselves because we didn’t notice till it was time to cook dinner. I have stayed in Myrtle Beach for 26 years. This was the most beautiful and Spacious home we have stayed at. My husband and myself are Business owners ourselves. I feel that when you pay top dollar for a luxury stay in Myrtle Beach for 1-week. The host and homeowner should do there best to have there place in tiptop shape each week. That is your part of the contract to hold up. I feel you could have done a bit better. Main floor was absolutely beautiful views and accommodating large amounts of people with plenty of room to live in. Elevator was great to have. Thank you. We hope to come back again."
