"The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer."

"AC couldn’t keep the room cool below mid 70s Bathroom door would open or shut unless forced Balcony doors very very loud, could hear all the neighbors slamming them and it would shake everything Outside rinsing station was not working. Toilet was barely attached to floor Shower head was not screwed on all the way leading to water spraying EVERYWHERE."

"We booked our stay through Expedia. Our conformation info stated that we would get our check in info and codes 24 hours before our check in time. Before departing for the beach approximately 400 miles, it was past the 24 hour check in time and I still hadn't received any codes. I was on the phone for around five hours. The host couldn't find my reservation. They told me to call Expedia. Expedia told everything was good on their end and they had contacted the host and I needed to call them back. I called back and the host still was unable to find my reservation. Once I was told by the host that they didn't manage that resort and I would need to call another host. After I called this other host I was on the phone a long time. The operator was determined to help me. Finally she determined that they didn't manage any properties in South Carolina. I went back to the first host. She finally located my reservation. She assured me that the codes for the room would be available before check in time. We left early the next morning for a South Carolina. We got there a few minutes prior to check in. Still no codes were sent to my phone. I called the host and she stated that I couldn't check in prior to 4pm so there was no need to give me the code early. After getting the code for our room, we decided to check the code on the door to get to the elevator. It didn't work. Someone came by and let us in. We took the elevator to our floor. The code worked for our room."

"This place deserves everyone of its 5 stars. Stunning ocean view. The space was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Stephanie is an amazing host! You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Excellent experience. We would definitely recommend and stay at this property again."
