They called prior to my arrival to confirm my stay. Asked about the location of my room ... was not ocean front with balcony but asked if they could accommodate and said they would do what they could, considering there was a 10 day event going on. Arrived only to find out that they DID reserve an ocean front w/balcony room for me!!! Thank you 'HENRY' for going out of your way for a stranger. You're the BEST front desk manager.

Great Oceanfront View

Hotel view was excellent for Ocean view would definitely recommend. A few cons the rooms walls seem pretty thin can hear sounds from other rooms although the AC drowns it out between cycles. Defintely recommend ear plugs if a light sleeper. The hotel will call before you arrive and text throughout your stay. Was not too pleased with all the communication while trying too relax. Rooms very clean with Kitchenette & all the supplies you may forget to bring.

A gentleman named Henry checked us in and he was great. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous, the room was very clean, easy access to the beach and the shops. No golf cart parking needs to be added to the website and the rooms are dated but all in all we had great time!!

Great vacation!

This was a great vacation! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for us, having plenty of room and a great view. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The parking was easy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and neat and the beds were comfy! Thank you , Peppertree for a great stay!

Decent

Average property with decent price for Labor Day weekend. Room was big enough and it had a decent kitchen. Room wasn’t the cleanest with dirty baseboards and hair on the floor but still clean enough to stay. Biggest issue was the pool was closed and that was not disclosed prior to our arrival so we were pretty disappointed about that. Best thing was, they played Grease on the lawn one night on a blowup screen so that was cool.
