Great stay, perfect condo style. For what we paid, we expected a nice 2 bed efficiency. It was a condo. Master bed with big clean bath. Sliding doors to the pool and the dune. Oh and another bedroom with its own bathroom including a large shower. Full condo style kitchen, sitting room & media. More glass sliders to the pool. Tons of towels, Noone bothered us once. Swam in the very clean warm pool etc. Nice stay. I loved ground level myself. Well get that same room next time

My wife and I stayed here for my 40th birthday. There were positives, but unfortunately we wouldn’t stay again. We booked a 1-bedroom that was very dark and felt enclosed. There was no balcony, and the windows had so much salt residue outside we could barely see through them. The oceanfront/ocean-view location was a main reason we chose this property, so this was disappointing. The listing should clearly distinguish rooms with and without balconies. We asked to move and were told nothing was available. Before leaving to find another hotel, I went back and specifically asked if we could pay to upgrade. We were then offered a 2-bedroom with a balcony for $50 more. We gladly paid, but I don’t understand why that wasn’t offered initially. The upgraded room was clean and comfortable, and the full kitchen was nice. Bathrooms have almost no counter space, no full-length mirrors, and dated showers. One showerhead leaked and had a stain below it. We were also told it would cost $75 to reprogram a room key if it became deactivated near a phone, which seems excessive. A $150 hold was placed on our card but was released the same day we checked out. The pool was great, beach access was convenient, and we appreciated the ramp, rinse-off areas and provided towels. The hotel seems to be making upgrades, but overall it didn’t meet our expectations for an oceanfront stay.

A gentleman named Henry checked us in and he was great. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous, the room was very clean, easy access to the beach and the shops. No golf cart parking needs to be added to the website and the rooms are dated but all in all we had great time!!

Great vacation!

This was a great vacation! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for us, having plenty of room and a great view. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The parking was easy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and neat and the beds were comfy! Thank you , Peppertree for a great stay!

Great Oceanfront View

Hotel view was excellent for Ocean view would definitely recommend. A few cons the rooms walls seem pretty thin can hear sounds from other rooms although the AC drowns it out between cycles. Defintely recommend ear plugs if a light sleeper. The hotel will call before you arrive and text throughout your stay. Was not too pleased with all the communication while trying too relax. Rooms very clean with Kitchenette & all the supplies you may forget to bring.
