Ingrandes Holidays

The studio was spacious, smart and freshly decorated. Its location beside the station and the chateau on the edge of the old town was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Having to ask for clean towels, buy toilet rolls and empty the rubbish bins ( on pain of a 50 euro fine) and buy disposal bags was unfamiliar! That aspect of 'hotel' in aparthotel was less enjoyable.

We had a car. Not sure how convenient would be if only public transport to get into Nantes which is 9.2 k away. Lovely conference hotel. Staff fab and room lovely. Only niggle would be only access room from 4.00 pm but you can use the pool so only little niggle. Breakfast would be nice if set up rather than large round table where you have to get your own cutlery and food on a tray but again just a small niggle

Our family used the gym several times on our three day stay at OKKO. We enjoyed the hotel very much but the gym is very limited. Three cardio machines - one bike, one treadmill and one elliptical. Only two of the three were working which was disappointing. Elliptical was a solid machine and worked well. Weights were available but actual space to complete exercises was minimal so only one person could really be doing weights at a time. Overall we liked our stay but wish the gym had a bit more to offer.

Grand old building completely renovated. Terrific front desk staff. Free parking in their courtyard.

The shuttle was not in operation, the pool was out of commission and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. But it’s beautiful and astoundingly quiet.
