Funcionários bem treinados e muito atenciosos. A diferença de um 5 estrelas sempre é o serviço e lá se destacaram! Até tour das obras de arte no lobby e restaurante eu recebi! O rooftop também é bem legal. Café da manhã delicioso e impecável

When I booked this room, I thought it was a good deal because it was Teresina - the description and other ratings led me to believe it would be nice. Turns out it was a "good deal" only because it was a barely livable, rundown hotel. The staff were pretty good - they didn't come to clean the room ...
