"The layout of the bedrooms and common areas of the house was perfect. We play pickleball so having a court on the premises was key to my selecting this house. The fire pit puts out a lot of heat which made the cooler nights and mornings tolerable; cozy. The lake view is beautiful. Everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this property for large groups wanting a peaceful place to gather and make memories."

The house is clean, comfortable and true to the pictures shown online. Deanna was a great host - very helpful and accommodating. "We rent this home 3 to 4 times during the summer each year and always have a fabulous time there. The water is perfect on the upper Colorado, where this is located. It’s just a rocks throw from the dam at Inks Lake, so there’s very little boat traffic. The home is well equipped, and very comfortable. You’re not allowed to use the boat lift, but it does have a nice dock for docking your boat and a place for two jet skis, and that seems to work out fine for us. You’ll love the beautiful pecans and the plush green grass and gentle slope down to the water. Everything is there that you would need. There’s even a washer and dryer. "

"We had a quick weekend stay and we wished we could have stayed longer. The house has plenty of space. Very clean. Plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen was stocked. We loved the spacious backyard. They have plenty of kayaks and paddle boards, paddles, and life jackets. The fire pit was great to make our s’more’s! We will definitely be back!"
