"Very cute house. My family and I enjoyed the scenery. The lake was within walking distance. The rooms were spacious. We had 8 in our party and there was enough room to accommodate all. The place is pet friendly. Louie, the only four legged guest, enjoyed the outside and the covered porch. He was so spoiled. If I could leave a suggestion..it would be to make the third entrance with a ramp for those that have issues climbing steps. The steps were not bad though. The sunset and sunrise from the covered patio was breathtaking. We all enjoyed seeing the gaggle of geese that gathered near the lake as well."

"This property was just right for a family gathering. There was plenty of room for both visiting together and for private space. Much of our time was spent by the pool and hot tub and it was a favorite for both the kids and adults. The kitchen facilities were spacious, well stocked, and suitable for preparing a large meal. The bedrooms were comfortable. Having access to their canoes and kayaks was very handy for those wanting to paddle around on the lake. This property was ideal for anyone just wanting to relax and enjoy a comfortable place with an excellent view. The manager, Sam, was easy to communicate with and was responsive to any needs we had. April and Eddie stayed busy maintaining the property and were cordial.Overall we had a great stay. Bill"

"This place was absolutely comforting, peaceful, fun right on the lake with walking distance beach access & gorgeous lake, sunrise & sunset views. A plus with it being pet-friendly. We had everything we needed at the lake home & the host was very friendly & very attentive to everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and place well maintained. We will most definitely be coming back with family next summer or possibly sooner. Thank you Rena for everything. We appreciate you very much."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even decorated our room for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway. The rooms are very nice, modern and love the full size kitchen and BBQ pits outside. The lodge is close to stores, local resteraunts and even several bars and dance halls. Definitely a five stars in our books."

"We had a group of 26 married adults. This property has the right combination of queen and king beds with en-suite bathrooms. No bunk beds was great for this no children group. Kitchen was well stocked and pantry was great for such a large group. Property has an amazing view and the 10 acres makes for a great morning walk. Pool and (surprisingly) hot tub were fan favorites everyday of our stay. Downstairs AC was a beast, even in the 100 degree August heat. Having multiple structures and kitchens was nice. Great Wi-Fi, seating (interior and exterior), and convenient location. The house and property could use some TLC- a deep cleaning, new mattresses, new AC (bedrooms), shower valves (temperature issues in some baths), and lawn/beach restoration. The one “beach” is small and the lawn is parched and full of stickers."
