Front desk staff were excellent (super helpful, pleasant, and professional), rooms were clean and comfortable, Japanese restaurant was great, and central location was very convenient. "

"This was my favourite stay in my trip. Greeted at the entrance by a staff member whoofferex me a cokd towel and drink while they checked me in. Room was lovely. I gad difficulty with the room temperature and staff dealt eith ut whike I was at dinner. They took a photo of the remote and labelled it in English for me. The food is the highlight! It is a fixed menu full of drlightes each evening. There was miscommunication about my dietary requirements on the first night and chef made me a different course in the moment. Do rake their advice and get a taxi from station. Wonderful all round."
