"For late check-in, I could easily get the key by giving me the password through e-mail even if there was no staff. The facility was older than I thought, and the drain of the shower booth was clogged up and it was inconvenient because water could not escape well. There was no hairdryer in the room. The rest were fine."

"Unfortunately we had no shower gel and the hot water was Luke warm in the shower on the first morning. Once we spoke to reception this was rectified. The only thing we were disappointed with was our rooms weren’t cleaned with beds made for the time we stayed. The sofa bed in the first room was cleaned with the bed made however the main bedroom and bathroom was left. The location was great and walking distance to the train station and many restaurants. "

"Very clean room - full credit to the housekeeping team. Close to tram station - only a few steps. Very good breakfast too. Would be better if there were options for those who do not eat pork. Overall, 5* quality. "

"Clean room but shame there is only one communal kettle in reception area. Would have been good to have had a bar for a drink in the evening as nothing particularly close by."
