Comfortable hotel, friendly staff and excellent location to historic old town and Christmas markets. Three person room was small but comfortable. Used sauna and workout areas. Small but nice.

I booked a Superior Room for a better Alps view and requested a room not facing the train station and early check-in in advance. I understand these requests aren’t guaranteed, but I would appreciate to received a reply. The room was nice, but it faced the train station and train noise was noticeable. ...
