"Nice hotel in a great location with very helpful staff and an absolutely amazing breakfast. On the downside, the room felt very small (we were using the sofa bed, which meant the door to the small balcony couldn’t be opened). The pool is nice; small and shallow, so good for splashing around in rather than actually swimming."

"The room was generally clean but needed hoovering in the corners. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast area was superb and staff were professional and caring. The roof to was stunning. The aircon was noisy. Overall a lovely hotel and I will easily return to."

"Stayed in a family room, it was lovely and clean and spacious. Hotel is well located, we could walk to the old town in less than 5 minutes. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was a lovely buffet. We were given a Welcome Card as we stayed for 4 nights and all transport was free so this was a bonus."

"We loved our 1 night stay. The hotel is at the heart of old town Innsbruck, but set back from the street for quiet and privacy. The property is tastefully designed, the hotel staff so accommodating, and bed extremely comfortable."
