"Absolutely LOVED our stay in Innsbruck! The staff was amazing. They organized an early morning taxi to the train station and packed us breakfast because we had to leave before the breakfast room opened. The packed so much food for us we snacked on it for 2 days! The hotel is beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was centrally located and easy to walk to everything. If I get back to Innsbruck I will definitely stay here again! "

"Stayed here due to its proximity to old Innsbruck. It is also very convenient to the River Inn with fabulous viewpoints of the high peaks. It is only a few minutes to the Congress cable car access to the Nordkette Moontains. Amazing vantage point high above the clouds! "

"The rooms are rather old, but clean and comfortable. We had unfortunately one at 7th floor where the view wasn’t to good due to the roof and small Windows, but the staff were ready to change it. :) however, the amenities are very Nice and renovated. The pool is warm and cosy (very nice option to swim outside), the food is very good (the prices in the restaurant and bar reasonable), and there is really good gym.
