Everything was great here. The staff was lovely, kind and helpful. Katarina at the reception was welcoming and Nena helped us whenever we asked for room refills of coffee, toilet paper, towels. The whirlpool was the perfect temperature and the view was very pretty.

Perfect location

Beautiful hotel perfectly located in the old town. Clean rooms, a balcony with mountain view, and rooftop spa with spectacular views. Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff!

Fantastic staff

The staff were fantastic, some of the best cusotmer service I have ever received. Nothing was too much from sorting an early check in as we'd been hiking for 6 days to sorting storage during our hike. Our room, the Spa and breakfast were all excellent. A fabulous stay and when I'm in Innsbruck again this will be where I stay. thank you all for such a great stay.

Stayed one night passing through different parts of Austria, wished I’d stayed longer. We were upgraded to the business suite and it was a great room with plenty of space and balcony access. Included breakfast was very good, and staff was helpful. The location was great and able to walk to main attractions easily. A great option when in Innsbruck.

Brilliant Hotel

This was a great place to stay. Right in the heart of Innsbruck, with a lovely pool and jacuzzi, great buffet breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Grauer Bar. It was conveniently located to the things we wanted to see and do in Innsbruck. We absolutely loved the pool on the top floor. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
