Staff is good. Hotel is a bit far from downtown but there are buses running every 15 minutes. The hotel is very simple, but if you are just staying the night and spending the day at the city is ok.

Good value for the money!

Great stay and amazing value for the price! It was fast and easy to check in and out and the rooms were very clean. Beds were nice and we all (party of 3) had a great stay.

My stay was amazing. Not only were they very accommodating and helpful for a check in after hours, the facilities and rooms were impeccable. Although it is outside Innsbruck as well as a little outside the centre of Hall in Tirol, the train station is within walking distance and only takes a few minutes either way. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.

This property is a good place to stay if you have a car. It's far from the centre of town so it is not for backpackers. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed here with our children and it suited our purpose. Breakfast each morning was totally well set up. We would stay here again.

Hotel was nice, check in was with machine that had options to check in in own language. The room was nice and even though the weather was hot we stayed cool. Room was fairly plain and inoffensive which was good considering the fairly low price. Definitely would stay again

First time in Innsbruck for a long time and pleased I got to stay at this hotel. Ease of travel to city was very good and I was given a bus pass for the duration of my stay. Particularly enjoyed the trip to old town Hall. Would stay here again if ever I was to travel to Innsbruck. Overall very pleased with my experience.

If you're looking for accommodation while passing through, it's perfect. It's close to the highway, and shops like Spar and a drugstore are within walking distance. However, it's similar to a youth hostel. If you're a light sleeper, this is unfortunately not the place for you.

the structure reflects my expectations, friendly staff, clean structure but with minimal services (the mimibar fridge is missing); pay attention to room assignment; on the west side the rooms overlook the motorway exit (very busy from the early hours of the morning)

Stay with unpleasant surprise

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is litle far from Innsbruck, we spend more than expected with bus and train tickets daily to travel to Innsbruck and back to the hotel because the normal 24 tickets from Innsbruck was not valid to the hotel. After spending three nights there on the check out I had unpleasant surprise. The hotel was offering free ticket to Innsbruck for all days of our stay, BUT on the check in they just "forgot" to tell me this and send me the ticket at E-Mail. The guy on the check in asked me two times if I m arrived with car and I denied this. On the same day I asked many times for Bus and train information and try didn't tell me about this guest benefit this is unacceptable.
