Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found). The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good). Spa was not as good as expected. Steam bad was not having good steam and the sauna was small and not as strong as expected.

What a beautiful hotel! I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay here! The view from the property and our room was stunning! The location was a convenient 10 minute walk to the train station! The pools and spa area are an absolute bonus to staying here! The continental breakfast was unreal, the perfect way to start your day! We arrived a bit early and couldn’t check into our room, but the front desk held onto our luggage for us as we explored the town! We will definitely be back!

The property was in an ideal location in Seefeld, with being a 10 minute walk from the train station, and being across the road from the Olympiabad Swimming Complex. The hotel facilities were great, with 2 swimming pools and a spa. There was also plenty of choice for breakfast, and the staff were very helpful.

The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough!

The hotel is outdated in many ways! Upon arrival, you have to be lucky to get a parking spot as places are limited. The so-called Spa is in need of a renovation. It is quite dark, small/cramped, chairs were partially broken, there were no lights in the showers and in general it is lacking a sense for details - especially for a 4-star wellness hotel. Also the rooms in the old part of the hotel are totally overpriced. The carpets were dirty, the sink was broken, the toilet door didn‘t close properly, the tv is smaller than my laptop screen, a plug was partially hanging from the wall, the ripped belt loop of the bathrobe was provisionally repaired with a knot and the lights had next to no brightness whatsoever. The only positive thing I can say about the room is it had a decent size. On a positive note, the restaurant area has been renovated very nicely and the breakfast was good. Also the breakfast staff were very friendly.

Good hotel .. but fix the evening meal service

The hotel has been renovated to reflect its star rating, despite what others have written in earlier reviews. The rooms are large and comfortable and cleanliness was good. The heating system is a little undersized for the area of the room. The Spa area is good and fully equipped. There are 2 large quiet areas which even if the pool is busy allow you relax. The water in the jacuzzi was a little cold for my wife. Parking at the hotel could be difficult if you are in a busy period but this is a common problem in Seefeld. There is public parking near by. Despite what is written in other reports, the breakfast offers a wide choice and is plentiful. All as expected so far…. however … we were on half board and this is where there is need for big improvements in organisation of the service. no problems for the appetizer because it is buffet..Also the food (when it arrives ) is quite tasty. However the ordering system and the service just doesn’t work, and people are left waiting for a long time, even though there was limited menu ( not à la carte). The staff seem not to be clear on their roles and often are confused about the orders. The customers get angry and the staff frustrated. The problem is how orders are taken and transferred. The chefs whose role is to plate the food, are waiting with little to do. For the price we paid this aspect ruins an otherwise good experience.

Dissapointing food, good facilities at the hotel

The room was ok, but lacking a proper balcony. Nice bathroom. We chose half-pansion option at the hotel but were dissapointed a few times: good selection of local specialities but everytime lacking seasoning (!!), one dessert was a disastre! Kind stuff. Breakfast a bit boring, no variety, everyday the same selection. Good location and facilities at the hotel (pool, fitness room)

I have been travelling Austria, France and Italy for two months and stayed in many 4 to 5 star hotels and had 99% friendly service. However, here the staff seemed less than enthusiastic with their jobs. From checkin to leaving early due to staffs over lack of effort or concern to make the stay enjoyable. Felt like this was run like a hostel rather than a 4 star hotel. Wouldn't reccoment stayiing there for a good experience, just a quick no expectations stay.

Our stay at the Mountain was quite disappointing- not value for money that is for sure. Half of the spa was close, amenities were missing around the spa and the rooms are very basic. The restaurant unfortunately only offered buffet, which was very boring. The only positive thing was the breakfast which was good.

Our stay at Mountains Hotel

Our stay at Mountains Hotel was a very pleasant experience and the hotel staff was very helpful. In fact, we had a tiny incident with our van which was resolved by a member of the staff without any hitch. The staff spoke English and so we did not have any problems communicating. Overall, a very good holiday.

Over all the hotel is brilliant but the manager on reception could do with an education on diplomacy. We were a group of four motorcyclists that rocked up at different times. He wanted us to move our parking places for a car driver to accommodate someone that arrived after us.
