Youth Hostel St. Moritz

"The hotel was not crowded as we stayed off season. The bus stops right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel front desk gave us very good information that saved us some money on some activities. I just wished the hotel provided extra set of towels, safe, more hangers, wall hooks for hanging clothes and other items, and 24-hour coffee in the lobby."

"Great location, quick & easy bus trip from the train station. Room was excellent, the hotel upgraded our room due to renovations of the room type booked. Front desk staff very helpful & friendly. The attached restaurant was perfect for dinner, & the breakfast spread in mornings very good. Overall a very nice 2 night stay."

"The hotel is fine. The room we were in was tiny - you couldn’t even open a suitcase properly. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The spa is extra which is not advertised."

"Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, especially if you weren’t a local. Customer service was far below what I would expect from a hospitality business. The hotel was filled with construction workers, which made it feel more like a worksite than a vacation destination. There was none of the calm, relaxing, or luxurious atmosphere that was advertised. The room itself was not clean. The bed had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet was extremely dirty. The elevator was also incredibly small—barely large enough for two people with luggage—which made moving around the hotel inconvenient. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay here again."

"The staff there are poorly trained when it comes to some hospitality basics. We booked one night and we had a late check in around 1 am due to flight's landing time (which was precomnunicated with the hotel) in which in the second day we asked for just a 30 mins extention beyond the check out time because we were really tired..and then we were shocked by the lady's response of "It is your problem that you checked in late"...who talks like that and who trained her to behave like this! I really hope the extra 15 euros made her life and the hotel financials better."
