"Didn't use the parking, and unfortunately the pool was under renovation while we were there (too bad, it looked awesome), but really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were excellent (super helpful, pleasant, and professional), rooms were clean and comfortable, Japanese restaurant was great, and central location was very convenient. "

"This was my favourite stay in my trip. Greeted at the entrance by a staff member whoofferex me a cokd towel and drink while they checked me in. Room was lovely. I gad difficulty with the room temperature and staff dealt eith ut whike I was at dinner. They took a photo of the remote and labelled it in English for me. The food is the highlight! It is a fixed menu full of drlightes each evening. There was miscommunication about my dietary requirements on the first night and chef made me a different course in the moment. Do rake their advice and get a taxi from station. Wonderful all round."

"A beautiful room in a beautiful hotel. So very close to the JR line station (200 meters door to door), easy access to the rest of Japan via the Shinkansen Trains, a great hub for exploring Western/Southern Japan. Only 30 minuets to Hiroshima, 2 hours to Osaka, and under 5 hours to Tokyo."
