8/10 Very good! (209 reviews)
Very disappointed! Hotel advertised having a restaurant and cafeteria, neither of which were open! Hotel also advertised having wine and champagne available but were told at reception that only food and drink available was from a vending machine. As there were no bars or restaurants nearby in this industrial port area, we ended up with a packet sandwich from the vending machine! For info, it was a Friday night stay in June.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (230 reviews)
A charming small hotel in the old town of Bilbao, it was close to all the major sights and activities. The rooms are pleasant with high quality linens, and the breakfast is made to order. Highly recommended!

The location was great - you get the best of old town and new town.
The bed was comfortable and room was quiet, an ideal place to rest.
