"This hotel is not as "nice" as hotels where we usually stay. That said, the sleeping quality was excellent! The mattress was more comfortable than nicer places we stayed around the state. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A negative for us is that there was no elevator so we had to lug our luggage up and down the stairs which was not an easy feat. I would recommend this hotel for travelers wanting to save money because this hotel is much cheaper than others in the area. "

"It is very conveniently located with a couple of miles from Alaska 3. The grounds and the property are spotlessly clean thanks to the property managers Tommy and Angie. We enjoyed our stay and the fireside chat with them making S'Mores. They are very friendly and caring. When we return to Telkeetna, this is where we would stay."
