"The hotel was great, the food was great as well"

"Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by staff, the manager Saif who was very professional. I was given the option to change rooms for a better view by the lovely Reyhan the next day, as well as given a discount for breakfast and lunch. Staff were so nice and accommodating. During my stay Ali at reception was most helpful when I needed to print some papers from the business centre, and he made time to chat to me. Win and Vaughn of the housekeeping department are an actual delight, great conversation with Vaughn a truly positive person with a smile that glows and Win who is so lovely and sweet when she cleaned my room daily. Abdullah at the local shop was most helpful and very polite, when I went several times to buy snacks. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Dubai and I have to say the staff here are by far the nicest I’ve ever met. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely come back here again. "

"The view from the room was phenomenal. The staff were friendly, and very receptive to requests/providing information. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were multiple excellent restaurants within walking distance, and the Thai restaurant within the hotel was fantastic!"
